Dealing With Grief and Moving On; Never Any Ordinary Release New Album

Never Any Ordinary's new album Life Everlasting is about a multitude of different things, but the most prevailing theme is dealing with grief and moving on.

Life Everlasting originally started as an EP when the band was a two-piece, but after they gained a couple members the momentum of the writing process turned it into a full album. It tells the story about a band members internal feelings about their cat, who unfortunately passed away in a house fire, and a friend of their's who committed suicide a couple years ago.

Both deaths took place right around six months apart from each other, which as you can imagine made the grieving process very long and difficult. Losing material items is hard, but it’s impossible to regain relationships with people who aren’t around anymore. Music helped them get through these times, and their hope is that this album (and to a larger extent all our music) can help someone else through the grieving process or even prevent people from taking their own lives.
