Old News’ debut LP – Self-Acceptance Speech – is a deeply personal one, and it revolves around many different facets of self; self-discovery, self-medication, self-depreciation, and at the end of it all, self-acceptance.

“The 10 tracks are some of the most personal, raw, and no-punches-pulled we've ever written,” said frontman Beau Harris. “In these very tumultuous times, I think many of us are turning inwards, and we wanted to contribute by giving people a message of healing and hope.” The band warned us that Self-Acceptance Speech isn't a happy record by any stretch of the imagination, but it resounds with hope and tongue-in-cheek jabs at themselves.
