We're Trying Records is excited to announce Omaha, NE's Super Ghost, and Lincoln, NE's I Forgot To Love My Father are joining their roster.

This last year has been huge for the dudes in Super Ghost. After releasing the Metropolis Demos in late 2014, Super Ghost opened for acts like Cayetana and The Sidekicks, and toured around the Midwest this summer. With a sound that has been often compared to Pavement and Dinosaur Jr., the band has been praised for their tight compositions and killer melodies. Their We're Trying Records debut will come this Fall with their first EP.

I Forgot To Love My Father has gone from bedroom solo project to a six piece band, which has developed a sound that has been compared to a mix of Jeff Magnum and Julia Brown. IFTLM has began the process of writing their first full length album. Although it will be miles different than their last self-titled release, it is going to be equally as good.
