Super Ghost's New Single, “Railroad Spikes”

We're Trying Records is stoked to release Railroad Spikes — a brand new single from Super Ghost.

When asked about the new single, frontman Jake Newbold said, "Railroad Spikes is about feeling guilty for not speaking up when someone you know is drowning in their own messed up situation. Basically, it's me hating someone and then realizing that since I never said anything to them, it's just as much my fault they are the way they are."

Newbold hopes the song — along with its killer drum build-ups — creates a "hot and cold" feeling within listeners where they feel upset because someone treated them unjustly, but then they're able to understand and see it from both sides. Ultimately, resulting a change for the better.

The band is currently working on an EP that will be out this Fall. Until then, you can download the new single — recorded at Bailey Recording — here.
