Drop Acid and Listen to Awful Din’s New Track

Drop some acid and cozy up to Awful Din's brand new single "Little Hills.”

The new track has been written and rewritten several times over the last decade, but still possesses the same gritty-emo sound the band is known for today. "Kat – Awful Din's guitarist/vocalist – and I wrote in high school long, long before Awful Din was a band," said guitarist/vocalist Aaron Groom.

"We’re so far removed from who we were when we wrote it, but it’s been sort of an invisible constant in our musical history, and it started to feel wrong that we hadn’t shared it."

Broadly, the song is about recognizing fleeting moments of joy and learning to appreciate them in the moment. Specifically, it’s about this time Aaron and Kat dropped acid at my old elementary school.
